In our time together, we will collectively discover the path of standing in your power.

We start the mornings with yoga and meditation at 7.30. A practice that we hold dear is that of silent mornings, where we maintain silence until after breakfast. This gives us time to remain inward and present.

You will be held in a safe space with a neatly composed schedule. Not to worry, you’ll also have pockets of private time to enjoy a book or a walk in the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Through carefully curated workshops, we will focus on discovering what is holding us back to be our best selfs and live phenomenal lives.

We will use tools such as manifestation, music, singing, journaling, sharing circles, soul introspection and meditation.

We believe deep healing takes place by understanding our own psychology combined with embodiment practices. We use ecstatic dance and embodiment breath-work to get out of our minds and into our hearts.

This sacred work helps us release stagnated energy and suppressed emotions. It connects us to our innate, roaring feminine power and reveals all those jewels hidden within.

Our groups are intimate with the feel of true sisterhood.

We’d love to share this transformative experience with you.

We invite you to join us on the landscapes that have brought us so much healing here in the heart of the country. Nestled in the undulating green hillsides of Devon, Coombe Farm will be our home for the retreat. As a designated land of outstanding natural beauty, there are plenty of delicious walks & fresh air to be enjoyed in your free time. The Farm is a family run creative centre.
